Responsibilities of a Service Center Technician

As part of our service center team, you should be able to perform work as outlined on repair order up to dealership and factory standards. This also includes diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform the repair as authorized.

As an auto technician, we also expect you to tag and save parts, road test vehicles, document work performed, attend training classes, stay on top of factory notices, and adhere to safety procedures.
