About as decent an experience as car buying can be. It takes too long, and the paperwork is mostly a waste of time, but he salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. The dealership was very competitive on price, and they didn't push the obnoxious add-ons too much. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

Have a 15' Ram 1500. Needed service work completed. Bought at Ray Chevy in Fox Lake. Decided the Gurnee Jeep, Dodge, Ram was closer to me. Stopped at service dept. today. Talked with Ray Sovsky. Nice guy. Had to order the part. Under warranty. Not a bad experience. Customer lounge lacks a few frills while waiting. I guess they are under new management. Some cold bottled water would be nice with some snacks. Smaller dealership. I guess I was expecting it to be larger since it is in Gurnee.

Had such a great experience here in buying a car. Big shout out to Juan Delgado for taking this time and showing compassion to my car needs. Lot of dealerships will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you out the door he took his time and made the selection that more better. Also a huge thanks to Mike King and Mr. Tony! Highly recommended!!

Looking for the perfect car isnt easy but the staff here is very helpful and made sure I found the perfect car. Very nice people. Also the rep that I spoke with, Alondra, was so nice and sweet! Definitely a place to go to if you're looking for a car.

I have had my Jeep serviced here for the last several years and have been pleased....until this weekend . Took my Wrangler in for an oil change and what I was told at my last service visit would be brake pads . I checked in and confirmed I was in for new rear brake pads and an oil change . After waiting 3 1/2 ours in the waiting area a very friendly girl escorted me to the cashier to get me on my way, she then smiled and said $754.00 !!!! What for brake pads ??? After going back to question the service dept regarding the bill I was told that I also need rotors ....ok , so if that was in fact true should that not have comes and asked me to authorize that charge ? What if I didn't have a credit card to pay my bill ? What is my local mechanic could have done if for less money ? Piss poor bait and switch10/03/2017 Update : Since my issue with Gurnee Dodge I was contacted by Dan Barker and informed the dealership was under new management and they have cleaned out the old staff that I was having issues with. Dan was very apologetic and addressed my concerns and has taken care of their error and assured me this is not their policy. I will be back in for service this weekend and have been assured things have changed . Looking forward to a much better experience . Thank you Dan Barker at Gurnee Dodge for restoring faith in car dealerships

I've been in the market for a new car for a couple weeks now and I must say; the service here was outstanding! Their staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, specially the rep I spoke with - Alandra was her name I believe. Definitely recommend this dealership if you're in the market.
